I practice evidence based therapy. What that means is that the treatments I will offer you have research evidence that supports their effectiveness for your situation. Since therapy is an investment of time and money, it's my thought that you should have some sense of whether or not it works.We will work together to find the best treatment possible for your issues, and if I can't be the best therapist for you, I will do my best to find you a therapist who is a better match.
I work with individuals from ages 16 and older, couples- both gay and straight, families, and I also offer group treatment for various issues.
